Token is Australia’s biggest manager of comedians, taking care of the global careers of funny people. We manage the likes of Hannah Gadsby, Celia Pacquola, Dave Hughes, Wil Anderson, Tom Gleeson, Tommy Little and Judith Lucy. We are part of a group of companies that also includes the television production company Guesswork Television and the management company Creative Representation.

We are looking for an experienced (minimum 5 years) Senior Digital Producer to support our touring business, Token Events. Reporting to the Marketing Director the focus of this role is the development of strategies and assets for online campaigns via video, social media and various online platforms.

Working closely with our Marketing Director and Digital agency, you’ll be working as part of a team on the creation, production and execution of video and digital content to promote the live shows of Australia’s leading comedians.

You will generate digital content ideas under the guidance of the Marketing Director and work across social, editorial & video content.

Based in our Melbourne office, this is a full time ongoing role. You’ll be working with a great team of passionate professionals.

Key Selection Criteria:

Ideal candidate: Digital Content and communications generalist, with experience in digital asset management and art direction. You don’t have to be graphic designer but Photoshop will be a part of your life.  Some exposure to the entertainment industry and an understanding of live events would be great but not essential.  You are a people person, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work positively with a broad range of stakeholders from artists to agency account managers. Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and priorities. Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, graphics, advertising, marketing or similar. Demonstrated videography, editing and video content creation as well as photography skills and web CMS platforms.  You will have proven success meeting deadlines, operating under pressure and be comfortable multitasking, your time management skills will be highly developed.

Personal attributes: You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to the needs of the team. You will be flexible with availability after hours and weekends as required. A high level of integrity, discretion and sensitivity is also essential.
