Token’s Charlie Pickering will be joining the ABC Melbourne team in 2023, taking on the Friday Breakfast shift!

Having started his career as co-host on Triple J’s drive show, Charlie is very excited to return to one of his first loves.

“There’s a reason I keep coming back to it,” he says. “It’s so immediate and fun, and it makes you feel so connected with the city that you’re in. It’s really quite magical.”

2023 is shaping up to be a busy year for Charlie, as he will also return as host of ‘The Weekly’ and as a team captain on Channel 10’s ‘Would I Lie To You?’. We can’t wait to tune in!
