Prime Video, Guesswork Television, and OK Great Productions, with the support of Screen Queensland and Screen Territory, today announced that production has started on the second season of the award-winning Amazon Original series, Deadloch.

Created and written by Creative Representation’s powerhouse comedy minds, Kate McCartney and Kate McLennan. The second season will see the return of lead stars Kate Box and Madeleine Sami in their roles as detectives Dulcie Collins and Eddie Redcliffe.

This season will also introduce new cast members including Token Artist Nikki Britton as well as Steve Bisley (The Great Gatsby, Mystery Road: Origin, Mad Max) and Shari Sebbens (The Sapphires, Thor: Love and Thunder and upcoming comedy The Office) with more to be announced.

Filming on the 6-part series is currently taking place in the Northern Territory, including Darwin and surrounds, before production moves to Brisbane, Queensland.
